BBC’s Adam Pope let Leeds United fans know about the club’s plans regarding the upcoming January transfer window news on Twitter, with the original article from the Italian press TMW.

The majority of the fans are now nervous that the club hasn’t learnt from its previous mistakes. Victor Orta has stated that ‘only 25% of winter shots are successful‘ which is maybe why he believes there will be little business come January.

Leeds had been linked with Glen Kamara and a couple of the current players have been linked with moves away and with this latest news, fans will be hoping that the latter doesn’t happen.

Maybe one positive the fans can take from the article is the fact that Leeds apparently already have a ‘few options‘ ready for the transfer window.

What Do We Think?

It’s good to hear that the board at least have some targets they will try to get, but you can see why the fans will be nervous after Orta’s comments. They so desperately want the return to the Premier League to happen this season, but a poor January could throw any early progress out the window, should they lose some players along the way.
