Some Celtic fans can’t stop hailing the ‘boss of bosses’ Neil Lennon for what he has done for the club after a public event amongst the fans yesterday.
A former Manchester City player, Lennon was present at the event called ‘An evening with Broony’ that saw everyone paying tribute to club legend and midfielder Scott Brown.
The event saw Lennon hail Brown and his contributions to the Hoops. But when the club’s social media team posted an image of Lennon on Twitter, the Bhoys’ fans could not stop hailing the Northern Ireland man.
And they made their opinions very clear on social media.

Currently 48, Lennon rejoined Celtic in late February 2019. He had arrived back at Parkhead after Brendan Rodgers had left the club for Leicester City and Lennon helped them seal the eighth consecutive Scottish Premiership title.
His previous spell at Celtic Park had ended in 2014 when he had left the club to join Bolton Wanderers in England. He returned to Scotland in 2016 and managed Hibernian for three seasons, helping them earn promotion back in the Premiership by winning the Championship in the 2016-17 campaign.
A former Celtic player, Lennon had played a total of 26 Champions League games for the Hoops during his seven-year-long spell at Parkhead. As a player, Lennon won five Scottish Premiership titles and racked up as many as four Scottish Cup winners medals.

What do we think?
Lennon should be considered as a Celtic legend, considering how much he has done for the club as a player and as a manager. It isn’t just about playing or managing, it is about winning things as well.
As a manager, Lennon stabilised the ship at the club last season and won them the league again, by pipping Rangers. As a manager, he has won a total of four Premiership titles and has racked up a tally of two Scottish Cup titles too.
He deserves all the love he gets. Long may it last.
