Some Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to plead with their club to sign Hull City winger Jarrod Bowen in the upcoming January transfer window.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @Total_Villa shared a post on their page praising Bowen’s impressive season.
This tweet then gathered a number of replies from Villa fans identifying Bowen as a potential January target for Dean Smith’s side.
Should Villa sign Jarrod Bowen in January?

The tweet states that no Championship player has scored more goals than Bowen has since the start of last season, with his tally now at a whopping 34 goals from a typical wide position.
This statistic got some Villa fans excited for a potential move for Bowen in January.
What a signing he would be. Benrahma is class too but I think I would prefer Bowen.

What do we think?
Bowen has been very impressive in the Championship this season. The 22-year-old winger, who is currently valued at £9 million, according to Transfermarkt, has made 17 appearances for Hull City, scoring 12 goals and making four assists as well.
If Bowen does sign for Villa in January and can successfully transfer his Championship form to the Premier League, he would surely be a successful purchase for Dean Smith’s side.
But will Hull be open to selling their star player in the middle of the season?
