Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have expressed their wish to see Ivan Cavaleiro return to the Old Gold from Fulham.
The London club signed the winger during the summer, on a loan move from Molineux with the option to be made permanent should the Cottagers wish (per BBC).
However, following some recent praise of the 26-year-old by Fulham boss Scott Parker (via Wolves Live), supporters expressed the desire to see Cavaleiro return to the midlands.

The right-winger played 106 times in three seasons for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, bagging 19 goals and 20 assists over that duration (per Transfermarkt).
Despite Wolves having brought in replacements for the departed Cavaleiro over the summer (via Transfermarkt), many fans believed the Portuguese winger would be a better option.
Still don’t see what cutrone offers that cav didn’t.

Never understood why we let him go out on loan in the first place. Easily a better option than Cutrone or Neto.

What do we think?
The winger is flying in the Championship this season, picking up a 7.3/10 average rating, scoring four and assisting four in 15 league games (per Whoscored).
It is unclear whether Wolves have the option to recall, or if the option to buy is set in stone, but it is clear to see that the Portuguese winger is, undoubtedly, talented.
