A brilliant performance against Ross County saw Rangers put four goals past Ross Laidlaw. A brace each for Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Jack completed the domination, keeping the Gers level at the top of the Scottish Premiership table with 28 points.
And while you may think that a 4-0 win would be all supporters could ask for, there were a few fans who regret not getting more. While Steven Gerrard’s team are joint top of the table, they are still behind on goal differential. One more goal against Ross County would have put the level with their Glaswegian rivals in every column on the league table (BBC).
Fans shared their reactions on Twitter.
Ill take a 4-0 any day of the week but we could have had double that tonight

Had the chance to score more and should have. We should be sitting top right now, that is the most disappointing thing.
Onto Sunday anyway.

A very strong and comfortable performance tonight. Some fans had us beat when Gerrard announced his team and, if anything, I’m disappointed we didn’t score more in the end. I wish some fans would trust our manager, he knows more about football and his players than you.

Still 1 goal behind that lot but will overcome

Shame that there weren’t a few more goals in the 2nd half but 3pts was the main objective with bigger fish to fry in the coming weeks and a tough congested fixture list.

One fan, though, has his sights set firmly on the fixture versus Hearts on the weekend in the Cup.
Superb great 3pts. We go again on Sunday! #NoSurrender #WATP

What do we think?
The fact that Rangers fans can be disappointed by only scoring four goals is a huge testament to the work put in by Gerrard to lift this team to title contenders. With a large majority of the season remaining, there is plenty of time to overtake Celtic’s goal tally, or better yet, points haul.
