Jeremie Frimpong has been winning praise from fans, pundits and fellow teammates after the youngster bagged his first goal for Celtic in Sunday’s 0-4 win at Aberdeen.
The 18-year-old scored his side’s second of the match, sprinting from the full-back position to slot in Odsonne Edouard’s cross.
Many Bhoys fans on Twitter were delighted for the youngster who received the man-of-the-match award for his efforts.

“Jeremie has quick feet and is very brave for his age,” teammate Mohamed Elyounoussi told The Scottish Sun.
“He needs to keep his feet on the ground and keep working hard.
“He’s still in the early stages of his career and if he’s humble and works hard, he can have a great career.”
Celtic legend Chris Sutton also tweeted his encouragement after the youngster’s elated post-match interview.

What do we think?
Frimpong has looked so comfortable in a Celtic shirt, you’d be forgiven for thinking that he’s been at the club for years. Since his deadline day arrival from Manchester City he has shown constant maturity, and if he can continue to learn from some of his experienced teammates then his career may just be littered with successful opportunities to showcase his talent.
The teenager has gone on to make three appearances for Neil Lennon’s side so far this season, as he looks to keep Stoke City loanee, Moritz Bauer, out of the first-team at right-back.
