Charlton Athletic forward Macauley Bonne has been in fine form. The former Leyton Orient striker netted his fifth goal in six Championship starts at West Bromwich Albion on Sunday. His impressive performances have been timely, given the Addicks have had to contend with the injury to Lyle Taylor.
With Taylor set to return in the coming weeks, the clubs supporters have been debating whether or not Bonne should retain his place up front given his purple patch.
Why not play them both and watch a volcano erupt of pure goals!

You would hope that Taylor plays alongside Bonne

Hope to see Taylor and Bonne start and drop Leko

Absolutely yes! Are these two the new Hales & Flanagan? ????

Yes, drop Leko, think Taylor and Bonne will set the championship alight together,

Play them together in a 3-5-2 or something like that

What do we think?
Whilst Bonne is certainly the man of the hour, lets not forget Taylor was scoring goals with the same regularity prior to the knee injury that’s seen him miss the club’s last eight Championship fixtures. Lee Bowyer has a difficult decision to make despite the fans calling for him to adjust the system that served them so well. It’s highly-unlikely the boss will abandon his principles in order to accommodate the pair, at least for the time being, with things going so well in England’s second-tier.
