COMMENTARY
It was very much a day to forget for Leeds United fans when Norwich City came to town on Saturday, the Canaries dealing the Whites’ title hopes a huge dent with victory at Elland Road. There was very little for the home fans to celebrate but one man who seemed to catch the eye was young Tyler Roberts, who was chosen to operate on the wing by Marcelo Bielsa. The 5’10” forward (source: Transfermarkt) might not have got a goal or an assist but he was definitely one of the hardest workers for Leeds, chasing down lost causes and trying to make something happen up front when in possession. He has started to play more and more of a role in the first team with five appearances in the last six Championship games, having not featured once in the seven league games prior and with displays like this, which was one of the few bright spots for the supporters to celebrate on Twitter, you can see him getting more and more game time in the near future. Will the 20-year-old keep his starting spot? Perhaps not, with fellow starlet Jack Clarke also impressing after coming off the bench, but at least there was something for the supporters to applaud in his performance on a bitterly disappointing day at Elland Road.
This is FutbolĀ has gathered a selection of the supporters’ tweets:

On the plus side, Roberts is looking good. Casilla very competent despite conceding 2.

Roberts has had a good half. Great touch, movement and passing. He's really grown under Bielsa. #LUFC

Played a good tempo , Harrison been terrible again . Not gone pass his man once and Ayling not been great. Roberts been excellent , need Clarke and Philips on. Early goal and we can still get something from this.
