OPINION
Jose Mourinho made a ‘stunning admission’ on beIN SPORTS when he revealed that he had been smuggled out of the 2005 Chelsea game against Bayern Munich in the Champions League in a laundry basket.
Mourinho was serving a two-game stadium ban but got round it in an episode that had gone down as an urban myth in football.
However, the former Chelsea and Man United manager admitted the transgression in an interview with Andy Gray on beIN SPORTS.
And, while it might be an amusing story, Leeds fans can’t believe what they see as double standards from pundits and broadcasters.
Many pundits have been heavily criticisng their manager Marcelo Bielsa after he admitted watching opponents train, despite there being no rule against it – with some calling him a cheat.
Here an actual rule has been broken yet it’s being met with humour.
And one talkSPORT broadcaster has really angered Leeds fans after his response. Ian Abrahams called Bielsa a ‘cheat’ but responded to the Mourinho admission by saying it was “brilliant” and that it “shows Jose’s lighter side”.
One fan summed it up succinctly when he said: “Leeds break zero rules. You: ‘He’s a cheat’. Mourinho breaks rules and admits it. ‘This is brilliant’.”
Here are the best reactions from fans to Mourinho’s admission and to what they see as the hypocrisy of Abrahams and others like him in the media:
This is brilliant and shows Jose’s lighter side https://t.co/VCvrrdAukl

Leeds break zero rules. You: "He's a cheat."
Mourinho breaks rules and admits to it: "This is brilliant".
Thanks for proving our point.

Wow!!! Now it's brilliant, now it's showing someone's lighter side. Last week it was outrage, last week it was cheating and not what we do in English football because it's not following football etiquette……. you really are a joke !!!!!!

Also reveals the staggering hypocracy of Frank Lampard being part of a team which actually cheated and broke rules, complaining about Leeds who lacked class, but broke no rules.

So he cheated , and assume Frank Lampard knew about it….and you say this is brilliant yet Bielsa broke no rules and is a cheat……#DoubleStandards
