OPINION
The January transfer window is starting to ramp up for Leeds, who are expected to complete their first deal of the window when they sign Real Madrid’s Kiko Casilla on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old keeper is due for a medical this afternoon ahead of a reported 18-month deal.
Once this is done, it looks like Leeds will look to the outfield.
The latest player linked is Bristol City’s winger Callum O’Dowda. Tim Thornton from Sky Sports reported that Leeds were looking into him as an option and he got some heavyweight backing for his claim.
I understand Leeds are looking into Bristol City winger Callum O’Dowda as an option as they pursue a new winger #lufc

Asked by a Leeds fan if there was any truth in this, the ever-reliable Leeds journalist Phil Hay replied straight away. He claimed that there was genuine interest from Leeds, although Daniel James from Swansea was their number one target.
yes. Although Daniel James is the one they want.

Bristol City fans aren’t happy about it though, with one joking he would “kill every Leeds fan I ever met” if it happened, leading to a Leeds supporter saying “Decent then, yeah?”
????? decent then yeah
