Chelsea laboured to a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday lunchtime and fans were not happy with the display from midfielder Jorginho.
The pass-master has received plenty of plaudits this season but many Chelsea fans were looking for more than just a master-class in passing today.
He wasn’t the only Chelsea player out of sorts today – Eden Hazard was far from his usual effusive self – but Jorginho came in for the brunt of the criticism on Twitter.
The £51million man was accused of being one-dimensional and he definitely needs to add more to the part of his game that he’s already mastered.
One fan said that he thinks Jorginho would be happy drawing 0-0 every game as long as he made the most passes.
Many fans asked if he was allergic to shooting but Jorginho did actually try one shot in the first-half. It was awful and it led to many fans saying they now know why he doesn’t shoot more often.
