Tottenham are in the market for two new signings before the transfer cut-off next Thursday, according to Jim White.
The Sky Sports broadcaster took to his personal Twitter account this afternoon to deliver an update on the club’s business with a week remaining of the window for permanent signings.
It’s understood @SpursOfficial in the market for two players before window closes – club to consider any offers for Alderweireld, Rose and Dembele should they materialise.

White explained the north Londoners want two senior arrivals, and are willing to listen to offers for big-name trio Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele.
OPINION
If you had told Spurs fans in May their club might recruit two new players this summer, but would offload Alderweireld, Rose and Dembele, it is unlikely many would have been jumping for joy. The strongest and most ambitious clubs strengthen their squads in the main window, not weaken them. Given that Dembele, Alderweireld and Rose would all walk into the Spurs starting XI if fully fit and firing, it is difficult to see how the team will end the summer stronger than they started it. Sure, the club are strapped for cash as they look to foot the monumental bill for the new stadium, and the sales of Dembele, Alderweireld and Rose would raise more than £100million, but the trio will be difficult to replace. White does not identify the potential new arrivals – although it would appear Jack Grealish is likely to be one of them – but the five-player update is unlikely to soothe those who have been highly critical of the club’s cautious approach to the window.
