West Ham have enjoyed one of the most productive transfer windows out of all the Premier League sides, but there are still a couple of weak points that could do with a new addition or two.

Reliable insider ExWHUemployee claim that Manuel Pellegrini and the Irons’ transfer team are eyeing up a move for a new attacker to help bolster the first team, and someone who can operate as a centre forward as well as a winger would be ideal.

Unfortunately for the Hammers, it seems as though top flight rivals Leicester City could well be on the way to snapping up what could be the ideal addition at the London Stadium in the shape of Spartak Moscow’s Qunicy Promes.

France Football claim on their website that the Foxes have held talks over snapping up the 26-year-old Dutch flyer, and after his form last season, it is easy to see why.

Promes netted 21 goals and chipped in with a further 10 assists for Spartak across all competitions, and considering he is a natural winger, it is an imperious record.

A speed demon down the flanks, Promes is a creative spark who can change the game in the blink of an eye, and with Manuel Lanzini out long term, the Russian-based forward offers so much to the Hammers that they are missing.

Hijacking Leicester’s move for the 28-cap international is a no brainer for the Hammers, and they could complete their summer spending with a seriously exciting swoop.
