West Brom fans have been reacting with excitement after seeing new signing Harvey Barnes score a brace against Coventry on Saturday.
The 20-year-old arrived at the Hawthorns on a season long loan this week and quickly showed new boss Darren Moore what he could do, as the Baggies claimed the inaugural Regis Shield.
The winger scored twice in the opening eight minutes of the game, before setting up Hal Robson-Kanu later on with an inch perfect cross.
This is Futbol have rounded up some of the most jubilant reactions to Barnes’ display.
There were moans about Harvey Barnes when he arrived because he was a relatively unknown 20 year old. Let me tell you… He was best player on the pitch today. Could well be someone we'll enjoy watching this season #wba

Is it a pre-season memorial game against League 1 opposition? Yes. Is Harvey Barnes quite literally the greatest footballer on the face of the earth? Also yes.

OPINION
Pre-season is meant for getting carried away, and that’s exactly what West Brom fans have been doing after Harvey Barnes’ display against Coventry in the Regis Shield today. The 20-year-old scored twice and set up another in a spectacular start to life at the Hawthorns after his loan move from Leicester. The challenge will now be for the youngster to produce this sort of football when the competitive stuff starts, but it’s a remarkable first impression to leave supporters with. Baggies fans will be hoping for more of the same come their Championship opener against Bolton next Saturday.
