OPINION
Considering that Emile Smith Rowe is just 17-years-old, it’s an absolutely incredible goal that he’s just scored. Technically, it’s superb, dribbling past opposition defenders before falling slightly and losing his balance, but he still manages to find the top corner with a wonder strike. However, it’s not just the way the goal was scored that’s so impressive, it’s who he’s scored it against. Atletico Madrid are one of the best defensive teams in Europe, with an outstanding goalkeeper in Jan Oblack, and Smith Rowe has made it the goal he scored look so easy. Incredible stuff from the youngster, I’m sure boss Unai Emery will be keeping a close eye on him from now on.
