Everton are set to make an imminent bid to try sign Hull City attacker Jarrod Bowen, according to the Sun.

The newspaper claims that the Toffees will make a £12million offer for the right-winger after a brilliant season in the Championship during the 2017/18 campaign.

It is understood that manager Marco Silva will press ahead with plans to sign the dazzling wide man despite being told he must offload players at Goodison Park first.

The report details that Hull would prefer to keep hold of their rising star, but could do business if they receive an appropriate bid.

Good move for Everton?

Silva is well aware of the potential Bowen possesses after working with him at Hull and bringing him to Everton now seems a no-brainer.

The skilful winger scored 15 goals in just 44 appearances across all competitions in the recent season and proved he can be a serious goal threat in a below par Hull side.

He certainly looks destined for the top flight in his career and a move for the 21-year-old this summer could be perfect timing for his development.

Likely to happen?

Bowen certainly looks like he will end up a Premier League player eventually after showing some stunning form in the past 12 months, which is why a reunion with Silva at Everton certainly appears to be on the cards.

They are set to make an official approach for the attacker in the near future and it will be interesting to see if Hull can be tempted with £12million for their prized asset.
