West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has already gone about making considerable improvements to his backline in the summer transfer window, but attention now needs to turn to adding more depth to his attacking options.

The Hammers have completed the signing of goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski, while defender Issa Diop and Ryan Fredericks have also moved to the London Stadium.

There now have to be a shift towards the final third of the pitch and having a number of forward options will be crucial next season if they are to challenge for a European spot.

One man that should crop up on Pellegrini’s radar is Hull City attacker Jarrod Bowen, who is reportedly being chased by Premier League outfit Everton

The Sun reports that the Toffees are lining up a £12million offer to try sign the winger after a stunning campaign in the Championship with Hull.

It is understood that the Tigers would prefer to keep him, but West Ham should join the hunt and spark a bidding war for his signature.

Bowen looks destined to end up in the top flight and he could be an exciting English addition to West Ham next season.

The 21-year-old made 44 appearances across all competitions in the recent season and scored a stunning 15 goals in return.

He has shown he can provide a serious goal threat when he drifts inside and he is someone that Pellegrini could help nurture to fit his attacking philosophy.

West Ham were too reliant on Marko Arnautovic for individual brilliance in the 2017/18 campaign and need a group of attackers that can all chip in, which is why they should take a punt on upcoming talent Bowen.
