Leeds United fans have been left blown away on Twitter after it was reported that former Swansea manager Michael Laudrup is under consideration to replace Paul Heckingbottom at Elland Road.
Qatari broadcaster Al Kass reported on their official Twitter account on Tuesday that the 53-year-old Dane is attracting attention from Leeds after he left Qatar Stars League club Al Rayyan at the weekend.

Leeds Live has recently claimed that Heckingbottom is currently away on holiday with his family in Greece, but will return this weekend and will be told about whether or not he will remain in charge of United next season.
It is understood that before he went on holiday, there were disagreements between him and the board, but whether or not Andrea Radrizzani wants to get rid of the ex-Barnsley boss remains unclear.
Either way, Qatari media are not reporting that Laudrup is on the radar of the Elland Road chiefs and fans have been offering their thoughts on the Dane on Twitter.
One fan claimed that it would be “awesome” to hire the ex-Barcelona and Juventus forward.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

I’d take Laudrup or Ranieri all day long. But knowing Leeds and with all this speculation….we will end up keeping Heck. #LUFC

Exactly, looks like many links could add up at the moment, Laudrup makes sense because he's worked with Pablo Hernandez before too. All speculation at this point however.

Laudrup has been in Qatar since he was sacked from his job at the Liberty Stadium four years ago.
He has since managed Lekhwiya, where he won the Stars League title in 2014/15, and Rayyan, who he left on Sunday after his contract expired.
