Rangers star Alfredo Morelos has dropped a major hint that he could be quitting Ibrox this summer after sharing a news report about him being wanted Turkish giants Bestikas.

Morelos, 21, retweeted on his personal Twitter account a video by El Meridiano that says Besiktas are in the hunt to sign the Gers goal machine.

The Scottish Sun has reported that the chiefs at Ibrox will be willing to listen to offers for Morelos this summer and will not stand in his way if he decides he wants to leave the club a year after signing from HJK Helsinki.

The Colombian has been key to the Gers this season, scoring 18 goals in 43 first team appearances across all competitions.

Morelos may have just made a big mistake by retweeting that news clip. There’s no way that he has done it accidentally and it offers a major hint that he will be interested in moving to Istanbul to sign for Bestikas. The Colombian was the subject of bids in January and that forced the club into handing him a new deal. However his form has dropped off since then and if Rangers can fetch a decent fee for the centre-forward, then they must cash in straight away. Morelos hit the ground running at Ibrox earlier this summer. However since the winter break, he has scored just four Scottish Premiership goals despite finding the net 10 times before it. Steven Gerrard may want to sign a new forward to spearhead the attack for next season and he cannot be blamed if a decent offer comes in for the Colombian striker.
