Celtic fans were left drooling over Scott Brown after his performance helped the club win 2-0 in the Scottish Cup final against Motherwell at Hampden Park on Sunday.
First-half goals by Callum McGregor and Olivier Ntcham wrapped up Celtic’s second domestic treble in a row as Brendan Rodgers managed to keep a stranglehold on every single Scottish trophy since moving to Glasgow in 2016.
Brown, 32, was vital in helping the Bhoys cruise to victory against the Steelmen on Saturday, with many fans falling over themselves praising the midfield mainstay.
One supporter even claimed that Brown is a “better player than Barry Ferguson ever was”.

Brown has been ever-present for Celtic this season. He has made a stunning 57 appearances across all competitions, making the Bhoys tick as they ploughed past all before them in domestic fixtures.
The ex-Scotland international has missed just five games in total having had a brief period on the sidelines with injury in September and October while also serving a one-game suspension in February.
The former Hibernian midfielder, who will celebrate his Celtic success with a testimonial against the Republic of Ireland on Sunday, has been pivotal to the club this season and as Rodgers eyes up an unparalleled treble-treble next season, he is bound to be key yet again.
