Talk before the Scottish Cup semi-finals on Sunday focused on the gap between Rangers and Celtic, with many seemingly comfortable in the knowledge that the divide was closer than it has been in years.

Fast forward a couple of days and those thoughts have been obliterated, with the gap between the two sides plain for everyone to see in Celtic’s 4-0 drubbing of the Light Blues at Hampden Park.

Not only were Rangers embarrassed on the pitch, but off it as well, with reports emerging of several bust-ups between players, management and fans.

Two of the club’s most senior players have now been suspended for their part in one such incident, with Kenny Miller and Lee Wallace said to have rounded on manager Graeme Murty in the dressing room after the defeat.

According to the Scottish Sun, their suspensions could mean that the duo have played their last games for Rangers, with both to be shown the exit door in the coming days.

And, as the summer comes round, thoughts must turn to the transfer window, and the potential for big changes to be made, for a fresh start to be had.

If a fresh start is indeed to be made, then the club will need to let several players go, including Miller and Wallace.

This is Futbol have selected three players that the Gers must bin this summer, including one man that has played a starring role this season.
