Tottenham are reportedly keen on a summer move for Valencia striker Rodrigo – and the club’s supporters on Twitter are split about the interest.
Italian news outlet Calcio Mercato claims that Spurs, Everton and Brighton are all lining up moves for the 27-year-old ahead of the summer window.
The Spaniard has been in excellent form this season and managed 16 goals in just 35 games across all competitions for the La Liga club.
He is enjoying a brilliant season in front of goal and is included in the latest Spain national squad during the international break.
The left-footed attacker goes into his international duty on the back of red-hot form for Valencia that has seen him net in his last three consecutive league matches.
Spurs fans on social media have responded to reports linking them with Rodrigo and can’t seem to make their minds up on if he would be a good back-up option to Harry Kane.
Some have already written off the centre-forward and are fearful that he could follow the same path as Roberto Soldado, who flopped when he joined Spurs from Valencia back in 2013.
However, others feel he could be a good fit for the Premier League and it’s easy to see why with his blistering speed.

I was only discussing about him with a mate at work, definitely a good add-on for the team.
