Tottenham expected line-up v West Ham

|

Goalkeeper and defence

Michel Vorm (Goalkeeper) – Vorm doesn’t get a look-in in the Premier League with Hugo Lloris the rock-solid number one for Pochettino, but he played the full 90 minutes in the League Cup win against Barnsley and kept a clean sheet. He’ll get the chance to keep Chicharito at bay at Wembley.

Juan Foyth (Centre-back) – Foyth didn’t look great against Barnsley – his only appearance for Tottenham since his £12million summer move – but the 19-year-old Argentinian should get another chance to prove that Poch hasn’t made a rare boo-boo.

Davinson Sanchez (Centre-back) – He’s a typical enforcer and the the 21-year-old has settled into the Tottenham defence and won plaudits already after his £36million move. How Liverpool could have done with him on Sunday.

Kyle Walker-Peters (Right-back) – Both Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier played the full 90 minutes against Liverpool on Sunday, with Serge Aurier out on the left. We expect Walker-Peters to come in to deputise against West Ham.

Danny Rose (Left-back) – It’s taken an age to get Rose back into the Tottenham first team but on the plus side it’s given him a long time to get to know his new teammates on Twitter. Rose was worried the fans would turn on him but they’re likely to give him a big ovation – it will be good to have him back tearing down the left flank.
