Moussa Sissoko has retained his place in the Tottenham starting line-up against West Ham – and the club’s supporters are furious on Twitter with the decision.
The 28-year-old endured a dreadful first season last year at Spurs, but has managed to obtain some regular game time so far during his second campaign with the club.
He is set to play alongside Eric Dier in the heart of the midfield as Spurs travel to the London Stadium to face the Hammers in the Premier League.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side have won their two away games in the league so far this season in emphatic fashion, but have a poor record against West Ham recently.
Spurs fans on social media were angry with Pochettino’s decision to use Sissoko in the starting against West Ham and questioned the manager’s tactics.

Victor Wanyama’s absence through injury has opened the door for Sissoko at the start of the campaign and the Frenchman has cemented his position for now.
The central midfielder is still yet to score in his 41 appearances for Spurs, but there has been a notable increase in his performances during the past few weeks.
He faces tough competition for a starting position when the entire squad is fit with the likes of Harry Winks, Eric Dier, Mousa Dembele and Victor Wanyama in contention.
