Tottenham travel to West Ham on Saturday lunchtime for a Premier League clash and can pick up an away victory if they make wholesale changes to their side.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have lost their last two consecutive trips to the Hammers by 1-0 scorelines and have struggled against their London rivals recently.

However, the North London club have won their two matches on the road so far this season over Newcastle and Everton respectively.

Spurs should make eight changes from the team that edged past Barnsley 1-0 in the cup during mid-week and reinstate their senior players.

Michel Vorm, Kieran Trippier, Juan Foyth, Kyle Walker-Peters, Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko, Heung-Min Son and Fernando Llorente should be the players to make way.

That will leave just Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele and Dele Alli as the only survivors in the line up.

Midfield mainstay Sissoko has started the last three consecutive games and consolidate his position in the side, but Spurs look a stronger outfit with a Dembele and Eric Dier in the centre of the park.

This Is Futbol has selected the best possible Spurs XI to play on Saturday that is capable of crushing West Ham if they play anywhere near their best.

Here is that team, including a playmaker that already has four assists so far this season.
