Brendan Rodgers will have plenty of decisions to make when picking his Celtic side to face Hearts after watching the Hoops beat Rosenborg 1-0 on Wednesday night.

Naming a makeshift starting line-up with star players Moussa Dembele, Leigh Griffiths and Dedryck Boyata missing, a number of fringe stars shined as Celtic booked their place in the Champions League group stages.

James Forrest started up front by himself instead of Scott Sinclair and he scored the only goal of the game with an effort that flew past goalkeeper Andre Hansen midway through the second half.

With Saturday’s Scottish Premiership opener against Hearts now only two days away, Rodgers must consider his best and worst performers from Wednesday night and then make a decision based on that.
