Newcastle would be signing a well rounded player if they picked up Lawrence and he could fill a number of roles for the team.
The 23-year-old usually plays on the left wing, but is capable of also playing on the opposite flank or as a central striker.
His versatility makes him a brilliant player to have in your squad and Newcastle appear to be slightly short in the attacking department going into the new season.
