Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to urge their club to sign Chelsea starlet Charly Musonda.
Their messages came after the Mirror reported on its transfer live blog [Sunday 11.04AM] that Hoops manager Brendan Rodgers had held talks with the 20-year-old attacking midfielder over a potential move.
It was said the Bhoys boss is hopeful of signing the Belgian attacker this summer, and that the club were “closing in” on a deal for the £5million-rated player.
Musonda joined Chelsea’s academy from Anderlecht in 2012, but he is yet to feature for the first team.
However, he has been given the opportunity to develop elsewhere and the Belgian returned from a year-long loan spell at Real Betis in January.
The 20-year-old spent 12 months at the La Liga side, where he made 24 appearances across all competitions, which yielded one goal and three assists.
The Parkhead faithful are excited by the prospect of their club signing Musonda and they took to Twitter to show it.

Celtic won a historic domestic treble under Rodgers last term, but he is still on the look out to further improve his squad.
Musonda has been capped by Belgium Under-21s on 12 occasions.
