Last season, Hemmings was in fantastic form as he moved from Dundee to English League One side Oxford United in the summer of 2016.
Featuring mainly as a substitute with Oxford, Hemmings still managed to find the back of the net 18 times, three of which were with Dundee before he joined the third-tier outfit in late July.
Providing creativity in the final third too, Hemmings quick feet and blistering pace also allowed him to be the architect of five further strikes and that incision in the final third could be key if he returns to Rangers.
