Yiadom would hit the ground running in claret and blue as a move to Villa would see him team up with former Barnsley stars Conor Hourihane and James Bree.
The duo joined Bruce’s side back in January, as the former Sunderland and Hull manager tried in vain to add Championship quality to his side which also included the purchases of Henri Lansbury and Scott Hogan.
But after a disappointing 13th-placed finish, Bruce will be looking to continually bolster his squad and with full-backs needed, a reunion between Bree, Hourihane and Yiadom could be Villa’s secret weapon next season.
