West Ham are second favourites to sign Manchester United forward Anthony Martial, according to the latest bookmakers’ odds.
Sky Bet have priced the Hammers at 10/1 to land the 21-year-old France international in the summer transfer window.
The East London club are currently ahead of a host of top European teams who are also interested in signing Martial with Premier League champions Chelsea placed at 12/1, Champions League winners Real Madrid at 16/1 and Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich at 18/1.
Slaven Bilic’s side are second favourites behind Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain who are currently placed at 5/1 to land the French forward in the summer.
West Ham know all about the Frenchman’s capabilities on the pitch as Martial scored a brace against the Hammers in the EFL Cup tie at Old Trafford in November.
The youngster endured a frustrating second season with Manchester United as new boss Jose Mourinho was not convinced by the Frenchman’s commitment and work rate.
Martial only made 18 Premier League starts this season compared to the 29 times he featured from the outset during his debut campaign at the club.
