West Ham are in line to make Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi their next signing, according to the Evening Standard.

The newspaper claims that Belgian Batshuayi could be the next Hammers arrival following his admission he may need to leave Stamford Bridge on loan for more game time.

The Standard report  that West Ham have a fresh target as they are keen on bringing Southampton attacking midfielder Dusan Tadic to the club in the summer.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is interested in the 28-year-old Serbian playmaker, which could spell the end of Robert Snodgrass’ short time at the East London club.

The 29-year-old Scotland midfielder joined the Hammers from Hull City in the January transfer window on a three-year deal but he has failed to make a significant impact at the club.

Snodgrass made a total of 15 Premier League appearances for West Ham this season but he did not manage to score a single goal.

Tadic has been a first-team regular ever since joining the Saints in the 2014 summer transfer window.

The Serbian midfielder is just two games short of 100 Premier League appearances and he has provided a total of 24 assists.

The 2016-17 campaign has been Tadic’s poorest in terms of numbers as he only scored three goals and provided five assists in 33 league appearances.

West Ham will be fully aware of what the Serbian can produce on the football pitch as he scored in Southampton’s 3-0 league win at the London Stadium at the end of September.

The Hammers struggled to create chances and score goals this season but Tadic’s introduction would certainly help the side in these departments.
