Leeds should join Championship race to sign McGeady

|

Everton spell reached natural end

Signed from Spartak Moscow back in the summer of 2014, McGeady has gone on to make 43 league and cup appearances for the Merseyside giants but found the back of the net just once in a disappointing spell.

Now, McGeady has just 12 months remaining on his current contract, and that could see him leave for a cut-price fee as Everton look to avoid losing him on a free next summer.

With owner Andrea Radrizzani likely to give his new manager a limited transfer budget, bringing in players for as little money as possible is key.
