Leeds should raid Monk’s Middlesbrough for three players

Leeds should exact revenge on Garry Monk’s decision to resign as manager at Elland Road by raiding his new club Middlesbrough for three of their senior players.

Monk, 38, was confirmed as manager at the Riverside Stadium on Friday andĀ unveiled as Aitor Karanka’s replacement on Monday after talks broke down over a new contract at Leeds.

This Is FutbolĀ believes Leeds should get their own back on Monk by luring three of Boro’s first-team players away from Teesside in order to bolster the Whites’ Championship promotion push.

Here are those three players, including one that would solve Leeds’ problem area, but is also reportedly interesting Premier League side Burnley:
