Leeds should exact revenge on Garry Monk’s decision to resign as manager at Elland Road by raiding his new club Middlesbrough for three of their senior players.
Monk, 38, was confirmed as manager at the Riverside Stadium on Friday and unveiled as Aitor Karanka’s replacement on Monday after talks broke down over a new contract at Leeds.
This Is Futbol believes Leeds should get their own back on Monk by luring three of Boro’s first-team players away from Teesside in order to bolster the Whites’ Championship promotion push.
