Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele was omitted from the starting line-up against Manchester United – and the club’s supporters were furious with the decision on Twitter.
The 29-year-old has now been benched for three consecutive matches and will hope to make an impact as a substitute.
Mauricio Pochettino has decided to make one change to his starting XI from the team that lost to West Ham as Kieran Trippier replaces Kyle Walker.
Spurs are set for an emotional Sunday as they play their final ever game at White Hart Lane before its demolition.
The north London club will finish the Premier League season unbeaten if they avoid defeat against United and will leave their prestigious ground in perfect fashion.
However, Spurs fans have vented their anger that midfield powerhouse Dembele has been left on the bench once again by Pochettino.

Dembele has played an important role for Spurs this season, but has missed out to Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier in recent weeks.
The Dembele-Wanyama combination has worked so effectively for much of the season and they have operated as a perfect defensive screen.
However, the Belgium international is facing a spell out of the side despite being regarded by most as one of Spurs’ standout players.
Spurs will guarantee second-placed in the league with a victory at the weekend, but champions Chelsea have now ensured the title is beyond them.
They will be looking for a perfect send off at White Hart Lane and know they will be making the temporary switch to Wembley Stadium next season.
