West Ham will battle Tottenham for the signing of Cenk Tosun.
According to talkSPORT the Besiktas striker could be in line to link up with Slaven Bilic who was his boss at the Turkish side.
Tottenham have had Tosun scouted extensively this season but the personal touch from Bilic could persuade the striker to move to the London Stadium.
The striker has upped his game this season netting 16 times in 25 matches for his club and transferring that into the international arena.
On Friday he impressed an army of scouts with a quick double as Turkey beat Finland 2-0 in a World Cup qualifier.
With his stock high Besiktas are likely to cash in with a £17m buy out clause in his contract.
Although there is interest from other countries none can match the wages on offer from England leaving it upto West Ham and Spurs to come up with the best offer.
