Spurs have joined Chelsea and Arsenal in the race for Steven N’Zonzi.

According to a report on TalkSPORT the three London clubs could do battle with each other in January to sign up the former Stoke City man.

The 28-year-old Frenchman left the Britannia Stadium almost un-noticed last summer with Seville paying just £7m for the combative midfielder.

Now in his second season in La Liga and with Champions League experience under his belt N’Zonzi finds himself in demand.

Seville have him secured under contract until 2019 but will find it difficult to resist a big money bid in January that could triple the players wages.

Mauricio Pochettino is looking to add some experience to his midfield options and believes that N’Zonzi’s experience with Blackburn and Stoke make him the perfect solution to that issue.

So far this season the midfielder has scored three times in 22 appearances for Seville in La Liga and the Champions League.
