8,500 more fans are roaring them on at Anfield
Liverpool completed their first three Premier League games of the season away from Merseyside as the finishing touches were added to the fantastic new Main Stand at Anfield.
Boosting the famous venues’ capacity by 8,500, Anfield is now even more of a vociferous fortress for opposing sides to visit.
Having blown away both Leicester City and Hull City by 4-1 and 5-1 scorelines at Anfield so far this term, the evidence is that Liverpool are making their home the fortress it needs to be to mount a serious title challenge.
