For large parts of last season, many Liverpool fans told rival supporters to judge Jurgen Klopp’s side in the new campaign when the German boss had put his own stamp on the Reds’ side.

And so far, it’s gone swimmingly for the men from Merseyside!

Heading into the international break, Liverpool sit in fourth place in the Premier League table and only two points off pacesetters Manchester City.

Starting the season as they meant to go on courtesy of a scintillating 3-4 away victory at Arsenal, the Reds’ play has been an absolute joy to watch with Jurgen Klopp’s high intensity game going down a treat.

Only contesting Premier League fixtures plus the domestic cup competitions this season of course, there is a real feeling around Anfield that the lack of European football could result in much more of a realistic title tilt this term.

So without further ado, This Is Futbol have listed FIVE of the biggest positives from Liverpool’s 2016/17 campaign to date.
