According to reports from Mirror Football, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are chasing Portuguese prodigy Domingos Quina – who recently quit Chelsea and has also been attracting interest from Manchester United.

The 16-year-old midfielder is rated as one of the most exciting prospects in Europe and joined the Blues’ academy ranks from Benfica three years ago.

But he’s now quit the west London club according to Mirror Football, having grown frustrated with the lack of opportunities to play first-team football at Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United are known admirers of Quina. He was mooted as a Red Devils transfer target in January amid plans for a huge academy overhaul at Old Trafford.

But according to Mirror Football, Arsenal and Spurs are now set to clash in the transfer market over the Portuguese prospect, who will be representing his country at U17 level against Wales on Friday.

The north London rivals are both expected to send scouts to take a closer look at the highly-rated playmaker. But it is unknown whether Arsenal, Spurs or United would have to pay a transfer fee to land the former Blues youngster.
