According to reports from The Brentwood Gazette, West Ham United have joined Chelsea, Manchester United and Bayern Munich in the race to sign Southampton star Sadio Mane.
After netting ten times during his debut Premier League campaign, including a three-minute hat-trick against Aston Villa, the Red Devils saw a £20million bid rejected for the Senegal winger last summer.

He’s continued to attract interest this season amid a return of three goals and six assists in 20 Premier League starts, not only from United but also Chelsea and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
Southampton have outright refused to part with the 23-year-old during the January transfer window but a summer scrap for his services looks on the cards, with Mane not expected to extend his current St. Mary’s contract past 2018.
According to the Brentwood Gazette, however, West Ham United are now a fixture in the race to sign the flying forward as well, as they prepare to spend big ahead of their move to the Olympic Stadium.
Ronald Koeman’s side, however, reportedly rate Mane at around £40million.
