According to reports from The Daily Star, priority Manchester United target Felipe Anderson has admitted he could leave Lazio before the end of the January transfer window.

After bagging ten goals and seven assists in 32 Serie A appearances during the 2014/15 campaign, the Brazil international was reportedly subject to a £37.6million bid from Manchester United last summer.

Lazio rejected the offer but the Old Trafford outfit have been widely tipped to revive their interest this month – with some sources even claiming the Serie A side have instructed the Red Devils to launch another bid of the same value.

The 22-year-old has been criticised in Italy for his below-par performances since rumours of a potential move to the Premier League first surfaced, despite a decent return of five goals and one assist in 19 league appearances this season.

Adding further fuel to recent speculation, Anderson has now admitted that his future at the Stadio Olympico beyond the end of the current transfer window remains shrouded in doubt. As quoted by The Daily Star, he told Sky Italia; “I do not know if I will stay in January. I am concentrated only on my work and doing well here. I do not know what will happen.”
