Pedro - £7million

According to reports from The Daily Star this afternoon, Barcelona are yet to receive a bid for in-demand winger Pedro.

The 27 year-old has claimed every accolade going during his spells with the Catalans and the Spanish national team – winning five La Liga titles, three Champions League titles, the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 European Championship – but is expected to leave the Nou Camp this summer after slumping behind Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez in the pecking order.

The 51-cap international signed a new contract in June that included a £22million release clause and he’s since been linked with Premier League foursome Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.

Reports yesterday claimed the Red Devils could even conclude a deal for the 5 foot 6 attacker before the end of the week, specifically when they face Barcelona at the International Champions Cup in America on Saturday.

But according to club president  Josep Maria Bartomeu, the Nou Camp outfit are yet to receive any official offers for Pedro.

As quoted by The Star, he said; “We’ve not received any offers for any players and I refer you to what the Coach said: if someone wants to leave, you must pay the clause. So far no one has done that, so we’re calm.”
