According to reports from The Metro this morning, Arsenal are preparing a £35million bid for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.
Despite finding himself continually overshadowed by Cristiano Ronaldo in the scoring charts, the 27 year-old boasts an impressive return of 133 goals in 281 appearances for Los Blancos and has certainly proved his compatibility with the three-time Ballon d’Or winner since their joint arrivals in summer 2009.
As This Is Futbol revealed earlier this month, however, the Bernabeu outfit are reportedly planning to cash in on the France international this summer to make way for a more prolific centre-forward, triggering interest from Premier League trio Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
And according to reports this morning, Arsenal are hoping to steal a march on their divisional rivals by launching an opening bid for the 6 foot 2 front-man.
The Metro claim they’re about to make a £35million bid, alongside a contract offer worth £220k per-week.
Whether Liverpool or Manchester United will choose to respond remains to be seen.
it will b better if this deal can complete for AFC in order to get service of karim benzema.
