Wolves youngster Luke Cundle has mocked senior teammate Max Kilman for his darts skills while the two relaxed at the club’s training ground.

With just three games left to play this season, Bruno Lages’ men are still pushing for a finish that will earn them a spot in Europe next term. Indeed, they are currently eighth in the league, but could technically finish as high as sixth if they win all their remaining fixtures and see Manchester United and West Ham struggle heavily in their games.

This won’t be easy for Wolves though as they still face matches against title-chases Manchester City and Liverpool, while hosting Norwich City too.

Do you remember who Wolves signed Ivan Cavaleiro from?

Despite this, it seems as though a few of the players still found a bit of time to relax after training this week, with Cundle sharing a video to his latest Instagram story which shows Kilman trying his hand at a bit of darts.

Apparently unimpressed with his teammates efforts, the midfielder wrote: “Put them down lad.”

TIF thoughts on Max Kilman, Luke Cundle and Wolves…

Cundle has enjoyed some good moments in a Wolves shirt this season. Indeed, in a Premier League start against Tottenham Hotspur, he finished the match with 96% passing accuracy, helping the team to a win along the way. While he also netted a fine goal for the club’s academy team recently.

Perhaps that was why he felt emboldened to mock his older teammate’s darts skills. Even so, 24-year-old Kilman has impressed this season too.

In fact, at one point during the campaign, there was such a clamour for him to get a call into the national England team that manager Gareth Southgate felt the need to explain why he didn’t pick him, but added that Kilman remains on his ‘radar’.

No doubt, both men will hope to do their bit to help Wolves finish this season as best as possible.
