Everton are in danger of losing forward Richarlison this summer, with the Brazilian on the radar of another Premier League side.

That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who was speaking on the FIVE YouTube channel to discuss the latest transfer news ahead of the summer window.

Do you expect Richarlison to leave this summer?

And Romano believes Manchester United could come calling for the 24-year-old forward this summer, with his time at Everton potentially coming to an end.

This comes amid the Toffees’ struggles this season at the bottom end of the Premier League table, with their spot in the top flight still yet to be confirmed.

And regardless of where Frank Lampard’s side are playing their football next season, it seems Romano is convinced Richarlison may not be a part of the Everton squad.

He said: “I would keep an eye on many names, not just for Man United, but in general this summer. For example, Richarlison.

“Richarlison is a player now is focused on Everton, but could be a very interesting option for many clubs, and Man United are exploring this kind of striker before deciding together with Erik ten Hag who is the best number nine, and it depends also on the budget, of course.”

TIF Thoughts on Romano’s comments…

The Brazilian has just two years remaining on his deal with the Toffees, and as a regular for his country, it would be understandable if Richarlison wanted to play at a higher level.

It has been an incredibly underwhelming season for Everton and even if they are able to avoid the drop, you do have to question the direction of the football club.

Richarlison has spoken (via Liverpool Echo) of his desire to play Champions League football with Everton, however, after the season the Toffees have had, it will be interesting to see if he feels the need to move to match his ambition.
