Sky Sports reporter Jamie Weir has taken to Twitter to share his thoughts on the latest Tottenham Hotspur chant to emerge on Twitter.

A video has been circulating on Twitter of a new matchday chant for January signing Dejan Kulusevski, who has made a bright start to life in north London.

Have you been impressed by Kulusevski?

The Swedish international scored again at the weekend against Leeds United as he doubled Tottenham’s lead inside the opening 15 minutes at Elland Road.

Since arriving in north London, Kulusevski has tied down a spot in the front three alongside Son Heung-min and Harry Kane, with Lucas Moura demoted to the bench.

And as he continues to impress during his stint on loan with the Lilywhites, the Sky Sports reporter was clearly impressed with the chant created by the Spurs fans as he responded on Twitter: “Simply sensational,” Weir tweeted.

TIF Thoughts on Weir’s comments…

We absolutely agree with Weir. Not only is the chant which has been created impressive, but it is deserving of the start to his life in England that Kulusevski has made.

Having joined Spurs from Juventus last month, the Swede only had one goal and three assists in Serie A to show for the first half of the 2021/22 campaign.

However, just five appearances into his life in the Premier League and the 21-year-old has been able to score twice and provide an assist for Antonio Conte’s side.

Given Spurs only brought in two new faces over the January transfer window, it was important for the club to get them right – and Kulusevski has certainly made a promising start.
