Leicester City star Youri Tielemans called for a quick response from his team after they suffered their latest Premier League defeat.
Over the weekend, Leicester fell to a disappointing 2-1 loss away against Wolves. A goal from Ruben Neves put the home side into the lead but a ‘brilliant through ball’ from the Belgian helped set up an equaliser for Ademola Lookman.
Sadly for the Foxes, though, Daniel Podence stole all three points after he struck a fine effort from the edge of the box soon after the hour mark.

Despite the loss, Tielemans was keen to look forward to the club’s next game instead of dwelling too much on the past. On Instagram, he wrote: “Disappointed with the result. We focus now on Thursday!” He also mentioned how disappointed he was with the result.
It would probably be most wise for the 24-year-old and his teammates to try and look ahead, as they have failed to win a single league game in 2022 so far.
They should at least be able to earn themselves a spot in the next round of the Europa Conference League with their second leg later this week. Indeed, having beaten Danish club Randers 4-1 at home in the first leg, their lead should surely be too much for their upcoming opposition to overcome on Thursday.
Still, nothing is ever guaranteed in football, and so that may explain why Tielemans is so keen to stay focused on the task at hand.
