Football journalist Ryan Taylor has been speaking on his latest YouTube video to discuss possible late business at Tottenham Hotspur on Deadline Day.
And the insider has suggested he would not be surprised if Spurs were able to complete a surprising signing in the dying hours of the January window.

Reports suggest the Lilywhites are active on Monday’s deadline, with a number of arrivals and departures expected to come in and out of Hotspur Way.
Indeed, the club have sealed the arrivals of Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski from Fabio Paratici’s old club, Juventus – while Tanguy Ndombele has sealed a loan return to Lyon.
Speaking prior to the confirmation of those deals – which had been rumoured long before their completion – Taylor revealed Paratici is working from Italy on the possibility of adding some further new faces to Antonio Conte’s squad which may not have been considered by the Spurs hierarchy for too long.
He said: “I’m expecting potentially something to come out of the blue [on Monday] for Tottenham, and Paratici is in Italy working on stuff. Obviously, he’s got good connections in Serie A, and that is predominantly where Tottenham seem to be shopping. So I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s another unexpected name that is more of a sort of opportunistic deal.”

As it stands, we feel the Lilywhites have missed a huge opportunity to boost their hopes of a spot in next season’s Champions League with only a handful of arrivals expected.
We do not feel Paratici has been able to address one of Conte’s main issues, with the Italian believed to be frustrated by the club’s options at right wing-back.
And with just hours remaining, Harry Kane remains the only senior striker on the books at Spurs, which we feel could play a huge role in the top-four race if the England forward is to suffer one of his regular injury issues.
