A large number of Newcastle United fans have flocked to Twitter to share their delight at a recent report linking them to Joe Rodon.
According to The Telegraph, the Toon are leading the race to sign the Welsh centre-back in January as they look to bolster their relegation-threatened squad.

Rodon has had a difficult start to life in north London having only recorded 20 appearances for the Lilywhites since arriving in the summer of 2020, and was mooted as a potential Toon target earlier this month.
